This offseason and throughout the year we have been refreshing the exterior of the house. We added all new Azek walkways and stairs to the front and side of the house. We had the entire house re-sided with Certainteed Monogram siding and we completely re-did the roofdeck and stairs in fiberglass along with all new PVC railings. We added some comfortable fabric chairs up there for enjoying the view.
We also refreshed the outdoor shower alongside the house with new Azek decking and bench, as well as a fresh coat of paint.
The house looks better than ever….no peeling paint and no risk of splinters! We are always looking for ways to improve the house, so if you have any suggestions please leave a comment below.
